“ Great place to eat fast and delicious meals. This location doesn’t have a “sit-in” / “dine-in” option though it makes it up with their friendly staff. Shoutout to the front desk worker working there in the evenings(give them a raise), 10/10 customer service! 10/10 pizzas and sandwiches and 10/10 very good location for American fast food classics; for take-out only. ”

I have to wonder if Mario's and East Coast have a Crips vs Bloods turf war up here over the Massive population. They throw Pizza flipping gang sign gestures at one another? Do they hang pizza boxes from the electrical wires? Or do they break out into a West Side story Sharks vs Jets with pizza cutting wheels instead of knives. ”

Given the environment they are working in and the costs of shipping things in and out, it is reasonable for them to have a high pricing on their menus (If you're lower income, then you shouldn't rely on restaurants as they're expensive.)
